This year's theme is "Disruption Is the New Normal," an engaging discussion of how technology is disrupting and reinventing every aspect of business and society.
Recent innovations in technology are promising to shape our lives in the next five years in increasingly dramatic ways. These innovations and new trends are changing the way we work and think not only in the high tech industry, but in energy, healthcare, transportation, entertainment and a multitude of other areas. What innovations and new technologies are emerging that will affect consumers’ everyday lives? Social media and mobile and cloud computing technology has as much to do with the enterprise as it does the individual. How will traditional industry players have to change in order to keep up with these innovations and technologies?
Now going into its second decade, FuturTech 2012 will focus on the power of technology to disrupt all areas of life - and the opportunities that this disruption creates.
