Biography

Margaret Mason serves as the Graduate Program Coordinator for the Ph.D. program at the University of Michigan's School of Information. As part of her role, she collaborates with the Senior Assistant Director of the Doctoral Program to manage and support the UMSI Doctoral program. Margaret stands as an invaluable resource for students, available to address inquiries regarding the UMSI Doctoral program ranging from admissions to degree requirements.

Margaret's experience spans multiple roles across the UM campus, grounded primarily in student services and programming. Her journey includes numerous years as an academic advisor along with a decade's worth of experience dedicated to student services. Margaret's passion is assisting students as they explore and flourish in the realm of higher education.
